When the agency that is assigned the task of protecting the rights of workers is crafting policies and procedures that work counter to that goal, we need to look at the root of the problem. Why are policies and rules changed under the cover of darkness and who benefits? If it isn’t the workers in this country, then the agency needs to be reviewed immediately!
