As the nation is still being swept by a pandemic it is integral that OSHA step out of the shadows and present a policy that employers need to follow to keep their workers safe. Science needs to dictate action. Instead we are left with a piecemeal approach cobbled together by each individual state. Not only is that hurting our response, it is hurting and in some instances killing our workers.
