There should be a national set of guidelines for workplace safety that workers and employers should be compelled to follow. This is a safety issue – an issue that should be addressed nationally and not put together piecemeal by each state. This is what OSHA was designed to do; yet where is our OSHA? Where is our national set of guidelines?
