Since the early 1970s, big business has worked as a group. They choose candidates, they fund those candidates and they elect those candidates. Once in office those newly elected officials look to their “friends” for information on the issues. These new friends, the leaders of business through their “organizations” are only happy to educate them and even draft the legislation they want made into law.
